Today, when I go through the Scarborough Town Centre, I find a new elevator (or not new elevator) in the bus station. It has two push-button board. One is in a normal place like other elevators, another one is on the left side of the waiting area. This design could make it easier for wheelchair users, and not influence other people to use. If watching closer, one could notice a large press key “Push & Talk”. As a result, if there is any situation that happens or anyone needs help, he or she can push the key and talk. On the left side of the elevator, a poster gives a clear introduction of each floor and instruction for wheelchair users. So, people can know which floor they are going to go to, and the possibility of an accident might be reduced.
