
On the fourth floor of the BV building of UTSC, there is an IT Help Desk. Usually, there will be one or two staff there for helping to solve some technical problems. But sometimes the waiting line is too long, and sometimes there is no staff. What can students do when facing such situations? The solution is the information showing on the front desk. There are clear indications about where to get more information, how to connect staff and the e-mail address. Therefore, it can save a lot of time for both staff and students, making solving problems more efficiently.
